H264 Video will play, but without audio

I've searched high and low for an answer but haven't been able to find one.

I have a video file that is of .mkv format, and when I try to play it on my STX-HD100 (latest beta firmware running on Sage beta 6.4.4), the video works, but there is no audio.

When I look at the "Video Detail" through Sage, it says:

Format: MATROSKA[H.264 1280x528@24fps, DCA@48kHz 5.1]

Can the STX-HD100 handle that audio format? I've tried several ways to strip the audio out and convert it to AC3 but I must be doing something wrong because then it won't play back the file at all.

**EDIT**
Just wanted to add something, this video did the same thing without the beta, I was running the latest non-beta firmware on the device, and the latest non-beta version of Sage, and had the same results. This was actually my reason to try the beta, I thought it might fix this, but it didn't.

DCA is DTS audio. The HD100 only supports DTS pass-through and cannot decode it. You'll need to somehow convert the track to AC3 for playback if you don't have a receiver capable of decoding DTS.

Ah I see -- I don't have it hooked up to a receiver, just to my TV, so that would explain it.

I'll look into some other ways of converting my file then -- Thank you!
