Start Video from beggining option?

I am just curious if there is a way to start a video that was played for say 10 minutes from the beginning if you want to start it over (without rewinding) as stopping and starting seems to want to play it from where you stopped the video.

Mark it Watched and then Unwatched to reset the playback position.

Or import neilm's "Multi-Function Stop" import (super simple, requires no programming knowledge whatsoever... uh, 'cuz I can do it ).

Every time you hit "stop", one of the menu options is "restart playback".
