Options command not working?

I'm not sure if it's just me, or if I should submit some sort of bug report.

The 'options' command is mapped (by default) to Esc and Ctrl-O. When I'm in the live guide, neither of the keystrokes does anything. In fact, the ONLY place I can get these keystrokes to work is when watching live TV or a recording, but then they act identically to the 'Info' command.

In 1.4, I thought the 'options' command in the live guide would bring up a menu that allowed you to select "Favorite", "Record this", and some other choices. This is an issue for me since I don't have enough keys on my remote to map one for "Favorite" or "Don't Like", so I'd normally bring up the options menu and make the choice there. But now I can't.

Am I the only one seeing this mis/behaviour?

I think that capability is now tied to the Info (CTRL-I) command. It looks as if the two were merged in SageTV 2.0.

That seems to be the case for the time being -- the options menu items & the info screen text are both on one Information screen now.

I wonder if Options will make a comeback when full mouse support gets put in. It was nice to be able to right click & get a menu of options -- the same menu that Options (Ctrl+o) brought up.

I think maybe you've misunderstood me.

When in the live tv guide, the options command doesn't do anything for me. Neither does the info command. Is that not the case for anyone else?

I don't mind the the 2 commands being merged, but I can't seem to use either one. The only exception is the 'info' command during live tv or recording playback, in which case the OSD is displayed to display the show description, timeline, date/time, etc.

When I am in the LiveTV Guide, a CTRL-I will go to this screen.

I've actually never even looked at the Live TV guide. (I guess that counts as bad testing, but I don't watch live TV.)

How about the list of recordings? Does ctrl+i work for you there? That does work for me.

That's what I'm saying. No, for me, ctrl-i doesn't open the screens you've shown. I've confirmed ctrl-i is mapped to 'info', but I don't get that screen when I press it.

The screen you show is what I'd expect in the live tv guide and the list of recordings, but I get neither.

Now I feel like an ass.

Forget what I just said. The info command is working properly, but I swear it wasn't earlier today. I haven't restarted Sage either. Wierd. I'll just chalk this up to cosmic rays.
