Saved Searches

Can the EPG let me "save" a search for something that's not currently on the guide? For instance, if I want to record every possible Bruce Willis movie, or a TV show that won't be on the air for several months, is there a way to have the EPG look for these shows every day without my having to repeat the request?

You can create Favorites -- in the PDF manual, see p.66 for more info about the different types of Favorites.

If you are looking to save searches like you can in Tivo then Sage can NOT do this.

Favorites are like Season Passes in Tivo - not saved searches.

Another item Sage needs to add to there software. This is very useful tool in Tivo.

Andrew,
Could you please explain the difference. Never used Tivo so it sounds the same to me.

Title favorites are season passes...

Keyword favorites, Actor favorites, Category favorites are equivalent to what this user is looking for as 'saved searches'...
