Irblaster channel change dies - service restart temporarily fixes
Can anyone shed light on this (specific) problem?
Sagetv stops sending channel changes to the comcast cable box via Hauppauge HVR1600 ir blaster. The Hauppauge ir config app works properly though, and sends channel changes even while sagetv will not. Restarting sagetv service fixes the problem for a while. Thanks, Steve

I have the same issue anytime I wake my PC from the standby or hibernate states. Sage TV can no longer control the IRblaster. The IRblaster itself still works when tested from its config application but Sagetv can no longer control it. Restarting the Sage TV application fixes the problem but it would sure be nice to have a better solution.
