Sound for no reason

Since I upgraded to SageTV 6.3.10 my server speakers will put out sound like a comercial or something stange voice for about 10 sec then quit for no reason. I'm not watching a show the computer is idle. Any ideas??

SageTv server: Windows XP Pro, MSI K7N2GM-L, AMD Sempron 2400, 1gb ram, ATI Radeon 9200 with 128mb Video, 200 GB boot drive w/OS, 2 - 250GB data drives, 1 ea of the Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-250 WinTV-PVR-150 WinTV-PVR-500
