Audio problem with H.264/AAC movies
I have observed the following problem in several movies I have. At some point in the movie the sound stops playing even though the video keeps playing. The only way to fix this is to stop the movie and the press play again. This problem existed in 6.3.10 and it still exists in 6.4.3 beta when played with HD Media Extender with the 5/19 firmware. The files are created with Nero Recode 2 and the details of the files displayed by Sage is as follow (mp4 container):
H.264 38:21 608x336@25fps, AAC@48kHz 5.1 eng, AAC@48kHz Stereo eng, Subpic:eng, Subpix:cze In the particular file I have watched the last time and which I can provide the sounds stops playing several times throughout the file consistently at the same spot. The first such spot is around 10min 30sec.
