Tuning in a non-HD DirecTV channel on a H20

Anybody know how to tune in a non-HD DirecTV channel on a H20? I'm having a problem with channel 209 (ESPN2HD). Installer was here today and told me I need to eliminate a couple trees... until I can get that done, I'd like to have Sage use 209, ESPN2 (in standard def).

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to get Sage to tune in the SD version of this channel.

I've disabled the HD version and enabled SD version in the Sage channel setup, but it's still sending 209 which defaults to the HD version in the H20. I edited the favorites list in the H20 to not include the HD version and it still goes to it.

I assume I can somehow remap 209, but I can't figure it out. Any ideas?

If I manually (on the Satellite, not Sage) want to watch the SD channel, I type in 209, then the down arrow (still 209).

Thanks!

You can go into your H20 receiver setup and remove it from there.

I tried hard to remove the channel from the H20... could never figure out how to do it. Even if the channel isn't listed on the H20, Sage would change channels to 209 and it would go to the HD version (which does not come in).

I figured out how to do it. Patterson Serial Connection. They have a redirector capability. Entered 209 and told it to go to the next channel (which is the SD version of 209). Worked perfectly Took longer to disconnect the cable and reconnect it than it did to program it! I spent 2-3 hours trying to figure it out, and took me about 3 minutes to fix once I remembered the Patterson configuration tool.

Hopefully it saves someone else time if they run into it too!
