SageMC Media Library Issues

I'm having a couple of issues with the Media Library for my imported videos. I can't seem to figure out the artwork issue, as well as a sorting issue with my TV series.

My folder structure is as follows:

Videos
--->Movies
------>28 Days Later.m4v
------>28 Days Later.jpg
------>28 Weeks Later.m4v
------>28 Weeks Later.jpg
--->TV Shows
------>24
--------->1-01 Midnight - 1:00 A.M.
--------->1-02 1:00 A.M. - 2:00 A.M.
--------->...
--------->3-01 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M.

For the artwork, I can't get it to display the artwork. I have even tried creating another folder and putting both items in that folder, and even creating a folder.jpg file in that folder as well. These are all on a NAS drive, but I don't see why it wouldn't be able to read the jpg files. Do I need to say Import Videos and Pictures for the folder in the import list? I didn't think so for album covers. I also tried saving the IMDB info and cover, and that doesn't display in the icon view either, it only shows when I do the IMDB lookups.

For the Navigation, the issue is really with the TV Shows. Sage ignores the 1-01, 1-02, etc., and just lists the episode alphabetically by name. I suppose that it's just grabbing the name from the M4V tags, but like music files, there is an order to them. Music files are sorted in the proper track order, but not the Videos. I wouldn't mind if it sorted and displayed by the file name, but it looks like it's digging deeper into the file. If that's the case, how do I make it distinguish albums (season 1, season 2, etc) and order (episode 1, 2, 3, 4, etc). As it is right now, it doesn't even list all the episodes for 24, as there are multiple 1:00 A.M. - 2:00 A.M. episodes over the course of multiple seasons, but it only shows 1. It would be really annoying to watch the episodes out of order on accident.

I'm coming from an iTunes world, where everything is tagged properly, artwork, episode names, seasons, airdate, etc., but I don't know how to make use of that stuff in Sage. I'm trying to ditch my AppleTV, but AppleTV sorts this stuff so well automatically.

I appreciate any help. I'm sure the artwork issue is something stupid I'm doing, but the sorting and the tagging stuff is probably much more complicated.

Thanks
