SageMC & Media Extender questions

I just installed my new MVP with SageTV 4.1/SageMC169 and it works great for the most part. I just have a couple of questions about configuration.

First, I noticed that when I am browsing the menu on the MVP, I hear the menu sound effects coming from the server. Is there a way to simply turn off the sound effects? I found the files, but I couldn't find any settings for them in the properties files.

Second, can I have different themes on the MVP and the server? Most of my settings save separately, but this one affected the server when I switched themes on the MVP.

I hate replying to myself, but I've got one more question for you guys.

Is it possible to disable the automatic display of the progress bar when I pause or ff/rew? I would like the screen to remain uncluttered unless I press the info button. Is there a property for this somewhere, or would I have to go into Studio to make it work?
