Just got my HD100 and have a similar problem.
Lipsynch is slightly off to begin with but drifts over time to be out by a factor of seconds over about an hour. Resetting the device (power cycle) fixes the problem. (audio comes first) Additionally, I cannot scroll down the multimedia menu to access the lip synch settings? The scrollbar shows there are more items but clicking down on remote or fascia has no effect. (other set-up screens with scrollbars work fine) Help appreciated. Peter
