Scheduled Recordings
Hi,
I'm new to SageTV and presently giving it a try and it's looking very favourable over other Media packages. One question in particular, relating to scheduled recordings: How do you schedule a recording to occur at the same time (19:30 to 20:30) once a week (every Monday)? The particular channel I'm trying to schedule has no program information (No Data) in the EPG, so I need to program it manually as opposed to simply selecting it from the EPG. When I do this, it only requests a particular date without the option to repeat. Maybe this needs to be raised as a software enhancement? Thank you RichB

See p. 72 of the SageTV v6.3-B PDF manual. After you create the timed recoridng, it will ask about recurrence & you can choose Weekly.

Hi Andy,
I did come across those options on previous occasions, but subsequently failed to find them again when needed - that "right arrow" to go on to the recurrence settings is a bit elusive. Anyway, thanks for the info - it works great!! Richard
