RSS Reader (internal) / CYGWIN? - UUUGH!

I’m trying to get the RSS Reader (internal) working. I’ve download and ran the (CYGWIN BASIC SETUP), not that I have a clue about how to use CYGWIN, but I still get an error in Sage. Can someone shed some more detail on how to get the internal viewer working and how to program the CYGWIN? I don’t have a problem with the RSS ticker nor do I have a problem with importing RSS links.
I downloaded the CYGWIN BASIC SETUP from http://cygwin.com/

Can someone please assist me? I'm running the newest versin of SAGETV 6 and SageMC.

Is there no one that has got the RSS Reader (internal) working?

You have to select the RSS reader components in the CYGWIN install. They are not selected by default.
