RSS feed for the forums

Hi,

I tried to start using the RSS feed for the forums (using http://forums.sage.tv/forums/external.php?type=rss2), but I noticed that just a small subset of new posts gets included in the feed. I thought using RSS would save me from browsing the forums all the time, but as it is now I would miss a lot of posts ...

Is RSS working ok for anyone else, or is this maybe still not officially supported ?

I am using the RSS feed as well in FireFox and Yahoo! but am using a slightly different URL.

http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS

I think the vBulletin RSS feed only contains new posts and not replies to existing posts.

Ahh, this would explain it.
Well, I guess I'll still have to check the forums manually then ...

I just save a copy of the posts from the RSS feed that I want to go back to and check them periodically. It works for me, the ones I don't wan't to look at I just delete.

are you using the sagetv plugin for reading sagetv RSS newsfeed?

I didnt realize we had (RSS feed) for sagetv. What exactly do you see when you subscribe to it?
