I think people would be more likely to submit bug reports if you kept a profile of their system/systems in a database. That way someone would only have to log in and it would fill out most of the form for them. It's a rather large form to fill out every time you find a bug.

For now I'm skipping everything but platform because it is so tedious. If Jeff needs more info than what I'm providing then he has my email address.

Ability to upload log files and sage.properties would be handy, too. I've been zipping them, posting them on my web server and linking in the detailed description.

A public bug tracking system would be useful -- in this way people can see already-reported problems (and thus avoid submitting duplicates) and know the status of problems that they have reported...
