are there any brightness parameters for the UI?

i find that the sage UI is very bright for my rptv. when the program first starts i get a very bright grey screen right before the menu appears and then when flipping channels i also get hot spotting while the time bar is on the screen.

not sure if the ui is just too bright or if it's something in my video card settings. maybe adjusting desktop brightness may change this?

anyone else notice anything similar?

ps. general video brightness is absolutely perfect - i only get the hot spotting when menu items are present.

If you're using Overlay then adjusting desktop brightness will not alter the absolutely perfect video, just the UI. Seems like a good solution. I have not noticed any excessive brightness in the UI.

yep, it didn't really dawn on me until i was typing that post that adjusting desktop brightness would probably tone down the UI

anyway i'll give it a go tonight and if/when successful it will be V2 being one step closer to an absolutely wonderful product!
