PVR350 vs ATI Theater 650 Pro
Hands down, the 650 wins. Better black levels, better contrast, and less noise.
One other thought, the 650 uses about 3W of power, including switching loss. The 350 used 13W. Less heat and wasted electricity is always appreciated. (Yes, I know the 350 is an old card)
