If it is a new Harmony choose to set it up on the Harmony site as various remotes. You could choose a Hauppague remote from the PVR150 or a MCE remote. Once you have defined and downloaded the remote you want to your Harmony then you will go to Setup-Detailed Setup-Commands-Link Infrared/Keystroke to Sage Command. And with your Harmony remote as close to the USB-UIRT as practical (inch or two) choose the command to link to and press the button you want to use for that command. You may have to link each button twice becase ot could generate to codes for each button (pressed and released). You'll know because you'll see 2 different codes for the same command and button if you do it twice.

ok, but with the USBUIRT, when I go into my sources, i was told the USB URIT has 3 outputs, 1 in the front of the module, 2 and 3 on the 1/8" connector which I only have 1 imitter connected to it. SO I want the base to control the Satelite receiver, and the imitter to control my digital STB.
But sage only gives me 1 option which is motorola something.... Last edited by npereira; 03-29-2008 at 06:42 PM. |
