DVICO FusionHDTV USB DVB-T

Hello All,

Has anyone got any success with this DVICO DVB-T USB device with SageTV (either directly with recent betas or via the two existing plugins).

I only tried it with 4.1.10 and it did not perform well : actuall it kinda find channels, and tune to one, but after that the device is "locked" to the transponder of the first tuned channel and any other channel from other transponders cannot be tuned.

When the tuner is locked that way, it is also locked with other softwares (MediaPortal / WebScheduler), but the other softwares doesn't cause this behavior when SageTV doesn't use the USB device (Note: GB-PVR is also doing the same thing to this device).

Another weird thing that I noticed is I then removed SageTV from the computer and rebooted the PC, after that the DVB-T tuner was not working anymore with Media Portal or SageTV, I managed to do a system restore from before Sage TV installation and all is fine (so maybe SageTV unregister some DirectShow filter => surely something to look at for SageTV devs).

I welcome your experience about this device if any.

My fusion 5 gold usb works fine for me, but I don't think that it is doing DVB-T. Isn't that a non USA standard?

Yes, yours is an ATSC tuner

DVB-T is the European standard for Aerial Digital TV.
