Temporary NCAA Tourn Channel - How To Setup

I need some advice from the experts. I have a temporary channel being broadcast by my local CBS station (on cable) that I can now manually tune using the HDHR digital tuner. This will only be available during the NCAA tournament and then go away. I don't think it shows up in the zap2it guide data - so far at least. My question is, how should I set this up? Should I pick an unused channel from my digital lineup and map it to this one? This would give me incorrect guide data for the channel, but since its temporary I guess it wouldn't matter. Any suggestions?

Have you considered using "Add channel to lineup" under channel setup. You can remove the added channel by remapping it to the default logical channel when no longer needed.

What did you end up doing? Has Zap2It had guide data for these temporary channels in the past, or is it just best to leave it without guide data and do timed recordings?
