Problems installing 2 500-mce cards

I have one card installed just fine, but when I try to install a second card the system will not completly boot up. It shows windows loading and then a black screen then the monitor light just flashes. I tried downloading the latest drivers from Hauppauges web site and no change. What could be wrong? I have an Abit ip35pro mobo. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am also running Vista 32bit Ultimate.

Found the problem!!!

It ended up being a bad stick of RAM. This is the second time I have had bad a-data ram. Don't ever waste your money on the crap.
