Gefen HD PVR
Has anyone seen this Gefen HD PVR? http://www.gefen.com/kvm/product.jsp?prod_id=4306
It seems to record HD via HDMI and code it to MPEG-4 and store it on a hard disk. This seems to be what we are looking for to get HD into the computer. Think there is any way to hack it and get sage to control it or to use the files on the hard drive? I wonder what hardware it uses to do all of this. It has 2 inputs for recording. Even at $999 that is still cheaper than the 2 R5000's I'm looking at getting. Anyone have any other thoughts about it?

I live in the woods. My only choice is Sat. I can't even get ATSC where I live.
