DTV Channel Lineup Not Downloading

Hello - I have DirecTV and everything has been working flawlessly for months. Earlier today the channel guide now says NO DATA. I haver version 6.1.9 and I decided to back it all up and upgrade to the latest 6_3_7 and still it says No Data. I saw this months ago and the problem corrected itself automatically the next day so I'm wondering if the website where it tries to get the EPG is down or something. Please help.

I've been reading other posts and it seems others are having trouble. Is it possible for me to manually download the lineup from DirecTV somewhere and import it into Sage and tell Sage not to try and redownload data until this problem is fixed. Sage downloads two weeks or so of the program guide and when there is one mess up with ZAP, everything is gone. I don't understand why the guide gets completely wiped out if it cannot do a download. What is the best way for me to get the guide back?

EPG NOT Downloading

In my post below I meant to say the EPG is not downloading. It just stopped yesterday. Please someone help.

Okay - I figured it out (sort of) - my workstations work fine re: internet access but my server lost internet access. I noticed that it was pushed up to another IP address from 192.168.0.x to 192.168.1.x then I try to change it back and it won't let me because it says another device is using that IP address in the system but there is no device doing that. So, I tried disabling the device and I could not ping the standard IP so I'm working on this very wierd problem.
