6.3.5 problems

I finally switched to 6.3.5 (paid) and am having several problems:

1. Not all playlists from version 5.0.4 are showing up

2. Some playlists show all the titles, but there is no sound when playing

3. None of the On-Line features display any video

If I were you I would pull your wiz.bin and isolate a copy of it.

Uninstall SageTV and delete the freytechnologies and/or SageTV directories.

*** Optional - This will help with MVP clients.
Remove java

Install java runtime 1.6 (latest), if you do this cancel the java installer that will run during the SageTV installation.

Install SageTV v6.3.5

Start the SageTV system service.

Double click the SageTV desktop icon, and run through the client configuration.

Close the SageTV client.

Shutdown the SageTV service.

Rename the new installed wiz.bin something memerable and move the old one in it's place.

Restart the SageTV service.

Restart the client and see what effect that has.

That may not effect your missing playlists but it should cover the remainder of your issues.
