MKV/H.264 Bitstream Aspect Ratio Utility
Does anyone know of a utility to set the bitstream AR of an H.264 stream located in an MKV container?
My problem is that SageTV and the HD Extender use the bitstream AR to determine the proper aspect ratio for an anamorphic video. Neither reads the DAR info that is located in the MKV header. Handbrake adds bitstream AR data but AutoMKV does not. I'd kind of like to give AutoMKV a real try but can't because it doesn't add the bitstream AR data like Handbrake does.
