Need help with sendmessage.exe

I am trying to map the "skip" buttons for my MCE using HIP (as for some reason they do not work by default with my SageTV install). Right now I am just trying out SendMessage in the command line and not getting any luck (dialog just pops up).

Code:

SendMessage.exe -C SageClientApp -N SageWin -M 1258 -W 9

I am not sure if I am using the 1258 number correctly but the example in the userguide works fine (after changing SageApp to SageClientApp of course).
