Sendmessage.exe and Girder

I'm trying to setup a "No Focus" SageTV commands for my remote through Girder. Basically, remote sends command to Girder, Girder then executes the sendmessage.exe command follow by the SageTV event #. I'm lost with Girder as what actions to use or how to setp up the event #. Any help appreciated, especially if someone already done this and could just send me the Girder GML file. Thanks.

See the info stanger89 posted on the SageTV Community wiki about Girder setup for remote controls.

Also, Girder has a SendMessage plugin that you would use; you don't use my SendMessage.exe utility, if that was what you were referring to.

What is the w parameter for in sendmessage? I noticed the example in the Sage manual has w set to 0. Are there any current uses for w?

Thanks,
Steve

SageTV doesn't use wParam, as shown at the bottom of p. 151 in the v2.1 manual. (A lot of the manual is cross-referenced: there are links to that page from the SendMessage appendix, for example.)

Doh!! Thanks! I'm not sure how I missed that. I guess I need to have my eyes (or brain) checked.
