opinions - best s-video capture card quality?
i'm currently using a pvr 500 but i remember long ago reading about how the newer vxis cards were supposed to be more efficient in file size for the same quality results but there were problems in sage with using lower bit rate.
were these problems addressed and is there one PCI based card that is preferred? thanks!
