Sage Plays mp4 but video is black

Hello - I still have problems playing mp4 from my imported video libraries. Either one of two things happen. Either the "round cursor" just goes round and round or it plays but very often all I see is a black screen and hear the sound. Once I quick my Sage client and go back in, then it plays the video just fine. However, when I play videos in my Sage recordings (mpeg2) and I do that enough times and then try and play an mp4 in the library it will eventually play in with no video (screen is black) and just sound or just a round cursor going with nothing and I have to restart the Sage workstation.

I do have a lot of plugins including things like the dynamic menu, slimplayer, movietimes, imdb, etc. But, it works fine when I restart Sage Client so I don't know what is triggering this. I've had this problem for a long time.

Any ideas?
