DVD Settings Video

I've just started ripping my DVD's to the hard drive with the DVD structure in place.

Does changing the detailed Setup/DVD settings in Sage effect the DVD stucture played off the hard drive?

Shouldn't, it's for telling Sage if you have a DVD drive installed and what codecs, etc... to use if you want something different from Default or TV to be used.
