Thats a loaded question.

Are you looking to capture HD or just SD?
What type and how many PCI or PCI-E slots do you have available?
Do you have any USB connections available?

I personally prefer hauppauge cards, I have a 150, 250, and a USB and they have all worked with little or no problems. If I was buying a new card now I would recommend a 1600, it has an OTA/QAM tuner and SD hardware encoder. But this is for my setup. It all depends on what you are looking to do.
