SageTV service takes 10-20 minutes to start

I'm having an issue where on a fresh reboot, the SageTV service takes from 10-20 minutes to start. Here's what I hope is the relevant log portion. I rarely reboot (sometimes months in-between) so I'm not sure when it started. I've had to reboot more frequently due to severe slow-downs in Sage.

You can see a 10+ minute delay between "Wizard loading main index for MediaFile" and "Wizard building alt. index 0 for MediaFile"
