Hdhomerun help?

hey guys,
When I was living in Chicago, the hdhomerun worked awesome for me. There were two sepearte comcast listings so the program guide would use them seperately for each tuner. Now that I moved to Georgia if I manipulate one guide for my regular tuner it manipulates the data for the hdomerun tuner. Is there anyway around this? I also tried using my comcast data for tuner 1 (not hdhomerun) and using a different service to try to get the hdhomerun to work with no success

could use some help
Thanks
Mo

I always had issues when I used the same EPG lineup on two different sources.
I just redid my whole system (sage/hdhomerun). You probably need to update your HDhomerun setup program. Download the newest one and then follow the instructions here: http://www.silicondust.com/wiki/hdho...s/sagetv_cable

The only thing I did different to make the EPG's all happy was I told sage to use the lineup from local broadcast digital with the hdhomerun and used my standard Digital cable line-up for my non-HD capture device.

I have been trying to get this thing to work all day. I used to be able to get hdhomerun to work just fine, I don't know what is going on. I updated all my software to the latest versions and followed the instructions exactly. I did channel lineup and put the "x" or first number as the remap.
It keeps saying there are no encoders available?
What gives? Anyone can help?
Thanks
Mo

I had all kinds of problems getting my HDHR set up a week or two ago. Very similar problems. I ended up opening the sage.properties file and deleting the HDHR encoder sections (2 of them). Then I started over setting them up in SageTV. Everything worked after that. To keep a separate lineup from your other encoders, choose a neighboring zipcode and use that for the HDHR lineup. HTH

Aloha,
Mike
