Strange red lines only on sage?

also when I drag another window the lines become bigger.

suddenly sage crashed and disappeared.
I started again and was getting no signal even though I am using SVIDEO.
Deleted the source in sage and reinstalled it.Everything fine.still have the red lines.

I think I would check the video card drivers and hardware.

Thanks.
Swapped the card with 8600gt and lost the lines.
Sage still closes when full screen mode is enabled and I double click for full screen.
