How to browse other channels while watching TV?

I think I may be missing something here. I would like to be able to press the up/down arrows on my Streamzap remote while I'm watching live TV on Sage, and have it scroll through what's currently on other channels without the channel actually changing. Right now, these buttons don't do anything while watching live TV. Does anyone know if this is possible using the basic Sage STV. I know this functionality exists in SageMC, but I'd rather stay with the basic STV for now. Any help would be appreciated.

No, that is not in the default STV. I don't remember whether there is an import for it, but you could check the customization forum's List of available customizations.

If you set the Video Menu Options to display If Active, either in a preview window or in the menu background, then you can use the Guide button to return to the Program Guide while watching, and whatever you're watching will continue to play (in a window or in background) while you scroll around the guide.
