What transcoding target to I use for Windows Mobile?

Hi,

So, I've stepped into the 20th century (not the 21st, thats too advanced for me) and gotten a cellphone. Its also a media player. The OS on it is Windows Mobile.

Can someone tell me what transcoding option I would use if i wanted to recompress shows for playback on it? In SageTV, I see options for iPod, RAZR, PSP, AppleTV, and MPEG-4. The MPEG-4 one doesn't particularly seem like a "mobile phone sized" format.

Basically I want to convert my mpeg-2 stuff to a format the phone can play, and also shrink it down to the resolution of the phones screen so that it takes up less space.

Any ideas?

I find myself in possession of one of these now. Wondering if anyone came up with some recommendations. I tried the RAZR setting, but didn't get audio.

UPDATE: I get a decent picture and okay sound by doing:
SageTVTranscoder.exe -i input.mpg -acodec amr_nb -ac 1 -ab 12.2k -vol 500 -ar 8000 -vcodec mpeg4 -deinterlace -s 240×180 -aspect 4:3 -r 20 -b 256k output.3gp

I don't know how to incorporate that into the compress menu though.
