Radar with Dynamic Menus ?

I've tried adding an external command in Dynamic Menus to open IE browser and go to an intellicast radar loop but this doesn't really give results I'd like.

Has anyone found a way to get a local radar loop display that opens with the radar display centered in the window and then be able to close it and go back to STV using a remote ?

Thx
