need help figuring out EPG issue

Hey everyone. I've been using SageTV for about 8 month now. Really like the software... I'm just having problems finding out how to do one thing. So I'm hoping someone can help me.

I recently moved to a new apartment in an area with free wireless access. It's not fast, but I'm not playing games or downloading huge files, so it's not a big deal... saves me $40 or so a month.

Anyway, this free network logs you off automatically after an hour. Which is very inconvenient when you have a PVR set up to automatically download EPG listings. Is there a way to download the EPG manally? I've dug through all the menus and have been unable to find an option to "download guide data now" or whatever it might be called. Am I missing it? Is there another way to do it? This way I'll be able to tell SageTV to download the guide when I know I'm connected to the net.

any tips?
