3 sources, one WINTV-HVR-1600

OK.. Can someone point me in the right direction??? I've searched but apparently my search terms stink cause I can't find anything relevant.

On my 1600 I am using Sage to source an analog tuner (built in/seperate cable hookup) then the svideo source to tune my digital box using the happaugue IR blaster. IR plaster tunes fine but it seems like I can only watch and record using the digital source on Svidio now. Keeps coming up with conflicts when trying to watch live and record something at the same time.

My question is how do I make SAGE be able to utilize BOTH sources on the 1600 so I can watch something and record another. Now it currently comes up with a conflict. Is there a specific tutorial? I'd also like to use the OTR ATSC high definition digital TV as a third source. Is this possible?

You'e got 2 analog sources connected to it? As far as I know, it only has a single analog encoder, even though there may be multiple connections that can make use of that encoder.

To use the same encoder w/multiple inputs, you have to make sure the sources use different channel lineups during source setup. After that, SageTV will know to schedule recordings for only one source or the other, but not both, because it knows they are actually the same encoder.

The digital tuner would be a separate source you could configure to have 2 recordings at once: 1 analog, 1 digital.
