Only 9 downloads? I thought this was a big deal. Common guys I need some encouragement here. The program is really easy to use and doesn't deal with and Sage compatibility or anything since its a standalone app.

All archived videos have dissapeared!
Ran the .my to .properties converter and then did a rescan under SageMC. now all my imported videos folders and series still show up, but all of the actual episodes have disappeared, and I can no longer play them.
UPDATE: I deleted a couple of .properties files and then ran the rescan again. Those episodes have re-appeared.

You scared me there. Yes, because of the time stamp modification you need to give Sage a chance to re-import the video library. That's the way it updates itself with the .properties info. You figure a couple properties files made the conflict? Post up those trouble making .properties file or PM Opus with them. There may be a syntax error that's causing a blockage preventing Sage from re-importing the video library. I think it is just you needed to give the program Sage a chance to refresh its media library. If you do 1000 properties files that means 1000 videos have their time stamps changed and need to be refreshed in the media library so it will take a while. Try doing 1 folder at a time. Remember, the app is rucursive and you can actually easily choose an entire physical drive and have every single .my file converted in 1 shot to .properties. However, because of the re-scan required by Sage, I recommend a few at a time. I'm going to place this note in the download section.

Still hunting down the missing videos issue. In the mean time, here's another (hope you don't mind). I'm using this primarily for archived TV, and it's falling down a bit for me. The .properties file is using the series title as the video name, which means I get a whole series of videos with the same name, in list view, and have to drop into each individual video to see what the episode name is.
What I really want to see is each episode's name in proper order number (so simple swaping the title from series to episode name wouldn't cut it). Not sure what the right answer is here, given that the episode #s are often hard to parse from the production code (which differes from series to series). I note that tv.com does have absolute eposide numbers (in other words episode 1 of season 2 would be #23 if the last episode of season 1 was #22). perhaps this would be a good starting point? Maybe have the series name be the album, show name be the title and track # be the episode number? Or maybe the series should be album artist and the season be album... How does sage handle its own series? All of my .my files are created using your tv.com scraper, BTW.

I just converted about 250 to 300 videos in half dozen folders, I've spot checked about 25 or so videos, comparing the .my files to the .properties and the associated video details in Sage and all look good so far
Thanks for the work on this, it will be great to get rid of all the 1 and 2k .my files |
