Black screen when transcoding HD to MediaMVP

This has happened a couple of times now when my wife have been watching HD on the MediaMVP, when we go to fast forward (using 10 second skip), all of a sudden the screen goes black and doesn't come back. Stopping and going back in still shows as a black screen. I have only seen this happen with FOX, but then again we haven't had our HDHomerun long so the only shows we have really used it for is America's Got Talent and So You Think You Can Dance (which you can imagine really hurts the WAF factor).

Edit: It appears that the transcoder chooses not to "start up" when I want to play America's Got Talent. It worked for a few minutes and then the screen went blank and now will not transcode. I have checked and other shows are still being transcoded, but this one just won't. It is not the first time this has happened, but the previous time was an epsiode of So You Think You Can Dance but I figured it was due to losing HD Fox and not an issue with Sage (that has been an issue we have had here with FOX), but I verified using VLC that the whole episode is there of America's Got Talent.

Nope completely black no playback. The transcoding program just won't start up for these files. Strangest thing is that it isn't that the transcoder is not working, because yesterday (after the black screen issue), I then watched the US Open in HD on an MVP so it works just fine. I submitted a bug request.
