USB-UIRT to turn SkyBox on from SageTV
I've searched the forums but can''t find this.
How do I get SageTV to transmit a signal to turn a skybox on - not all the time, but if I tell it to? My skybox occasionally crashes so I use X10 automation to turn the box off at the mains and on again, but I can't then turn the box back on to record stuff. Any ideas? (Other than get an ew box!!!)

The only way you can achieve this is to use girder or some other similar software.
The objective is through either a sagetv menu selection or RC key press to get girder to send the turn-on IR signal through the USB-UIRT.
