DirecTv H20 Serial Control
Anyone using the Directv H20-100 or H20-600 with Sage and serial control? I guess the only way to do it is with the patterson USB device.

I can't say for sure, as I do not have that STB, but I believe it would be your only choice besides making one yourself.
