Firedtv DVB-C Scan for available channels
I have a Firedtv DVB-C receiver and noticed that the automatic scan for
available channels doesn't pickup all available channels correctly. I've manually added all frequencies for my provider to the PredefinedScanCable file but SageTV crashes on one frequency and misses a number of channels that are picked up by MediaPortal for example. Now I want to add the channels that were missed by the automatic scan manually and (if possible) add the channels that are located on the frequency that crashes sageTV. I have all information available for the missing channels (frequency, name, symbol rate etc.) but have no clue on how to add them to SageTV. I tried using Add channel to linup but cannot get it to work correctly. I tried adding them manually to the FireDTV DBA Receiver.frq file but that didn't work either. Any ideas? |
