change the graph for running mkv h264

Is there a way to change the graph for running mkv H264 files?

I want it to use coreavc for the H264 part, and also run ffdshow so I can use the overlay controls there to make it a bit brighter.

It works in MPC, and graphedit, but sage will not run it like that, it does not load ffdshow.

It also (ofcourse) uses ahlli splitter, for the mkv file

any help would be appreciated, as coreavc should be better on h264 files.

You could try adding the property always_use_dshow_filter = true to your properties file, then It would use whatever directshow filters are preferred. You can use radlight to assign the priorities of the filters.

Something like this (the ability to have complete control over your dshow graph), would be very useful for solving the h.264 from r5000 problems!

I doubt very much however that anyone could create a customization to do this. It would have to be the Sage developers themselves.

I agree, but hey there must be a way.

Its up to sage, I personally do not understand why it works in Media player, but not in sage.
