Channel Changing

I upgraded my server to the latest release a few days ago and all is fine.

Today I reformated one of my clients to Vista. Everything went great and Everything works great except one thing. The channels will not change with either my remote (via USB Uirt) or the mouse. The channels on the server
change fine. I have checked to remote mappings and they are correct.

Does anyone know what could be causing the problem ? Don't know if
it would help, but actually a few of the other mapped keys don't work...
ie guide but all the other remote buttons and mouse stuff works.

Just got Vista up and running but I am also having channel changing issues.
Some of my tuners are tuning to the wrong channel and others are not tuning at all...
Never had a problem with this in XP.

A little refined troubleshooting.

I have 2 USB2's and a dual tuner PVR-500
The 2 USB's are connected to Cable set top boxes and use the USB-UIRT and the 2 tuners on the 500 are connected via Coax and use the onboard tuners.

The tuners use a lineup that goes up to channel 99 and the set top boxes go up to 400.
If I go into program guide and go through the channels up to 99 everything is fine, it uses one of the onboard tuners, as soon as I go above 99 I see the channel change on one of the set tops but the screen is still using the onboard tuner instead of changing to the USB tuner.

I should say I am using Vista
