HELP with Television/internet service

My comcast promotion has just run out and I'm paying $65 to get they're digital channels + their limited number of HD channels. I'm also paying $42 for cable internet. I just called and tried to get them to give me some promotional price to lower the cost and they really didn't budge-- only packages that offer more that I wouldn't use for discounted rates that still cost more than I'm paying now.

Unfortunately(I think), I don't have FIOS.....yet. So my only other internet option is DSL.

Back to TV, I could call and try to get Dish or DirectTV but obviously I then have to deal with the fact that my PVR150 wouldn't be as useful and I wouldn't be able to pull QAM with my HDHomerun(but I get solid antenna signal OTA so it isn't a huge issue).

What are experiences and opinions of satellite TV options and the implications for Sage? I could get more HD channels with dish network which would be great.

I'm strongly considering dropping Comcast and going with another service but before I do anything crazy I wanted to get some opinions. Please help.
