Cool Can't get output to TV

Hi,

I just installed the latest SageTV on a generic PC.
Can watch TV, record shows and playback to the monitor just fine.
When I hook up the SVideo cable to the Sony TV and try to play back
a show or watch TV, nothing ever shows up - I made sure I switched the TV to aux. input...

Any ideas why nothing shows up on the TV?
Thanks,
Regan

Hardware:
ASUS motherboard, Athlon XP 2100+ CPU, 512 ram, Hauppauge WinPVR 150 capture card, NVIDIA Geforce FX 5500 video card.
Comcast Digital cable

Try disconnecting the monitor, leave the TV connected and reboot.

I tried that... booted up with it connected to the TV via SVideo and remotely controlled it...

So you want both displays? What about the drivers - how many displays are being detected? Does the FX 5500 support that?

No, I just want the output to go to the TV, the monitor won't even be connected.
I was under the impression that the only thing the video card
is needed for is to allow the PC to boot up. The capture card does all the output via the s-video calble to the TV...
Am I incorrect?

Thanks,
Regan

Svideo port on the PVR150 is used for capture, not output. Your video card does the output. If you are trying to use Svideo, please make sure to hook it to your FX5500.
