No Channels????

Weird. I have no channels! I even removed both tuners from Sage and reinstalled them and it found the right services (based on zipcode), etc but when it went to show me a preview, the video was blank but there was sound. When I went to channel setup, there were no channels to enable!!!

any clues?

WOW, that was scary!

Turns out, the EPG data is missing from my provider, so I chose an alternative one and I got channels....!
