No Guide Data
I am getting no data for the guide. It lets me pick which cable company, etc., and the channels are right, but everything says "no data". It used to work.
Edit: It received info for a few of the channels (maybe 5% of them). Still not getting the rest though. Last edited by Jackal24; 03-10-2007 at 07:17 PM. |

I tried several forced updates through the web interface; no go. Last update time is stuck at 9:51 EST this morning. Thankfully I have the lookahead parameter set to 14 (in theory, 12 in practice) days. Hope this gets fixed soon or someone posts what the issue is.

Have you synced it with a time server? Is your Windows time zone correct? Was your Windows updated for the new Daylight Savings Time? Was your java updated for the new Daylight Savings Time? |

No Data in 6.1.8
I recently upgraded to 6.1.8 from 6.1.4 and noticed that some channels in my guide now show "No Data". It seems random though as some channels have data, others have nothing, and some channels have some data and not depending on the time slot.
Did something change in 6.1.8? Is there a way to fix the "No Data" issue? * merged *

I'm having the same issue as of yesterday. Any idea on how to fix this or force the EPG to reach out and get new "clean" EPG data?

Close down SageTV and the service and open up your Sage.properties file. Try removing all the properties from the that file that have the string 'server_update_id' in them . Now run SageTV again.

Edit: I merged your question and my answer here after finding that you've already had this question answered. In the future, it would be appreciated if you didn't post the same question in multiple places. It wastes people's time to write an answer, only to find that it was answered somewhere else. - Andy
